Welcome to the More Than
Medals Playbook!
Uncover gendered environments in sport to improve female athlete health and performance.
What’s the Playbook?
Everything you need play by play to deliver an interactive research-based workshop for identifying and addressing social and cultural features of the sport environment that may be impacting female athlete health, injury, and performance—what we call gendered environments.
How do I use it?
1. Assign a facilitator
No training necessary. Designate a facilitator, invite colleagues, and follow the steps ahead!
2. Access Facilitator Notes
Download the Facilitator Notes, which provide all the necessary preparation and prompts.
3. Tailor to your sport
Choose your set of corresponding worksheets depending on your context, either Olympic or Pathway.
IMPORTANT: Bookmark this page (morethanmedals.co.uk/playbook-home) so you don’t have to submit the form again.
